Member-specific Documents

Viewable on the web site or emailed directly

Alerts can now include member-specific attachments

Send, renewals, invoices and reminders
This enhanced Alert feature allows you to load attachments to the web site and then send them all at once with individual emails to each member.

Each member receives the common or shared text, the shared documents - if any, and then also receives their :personal" content. This is content loaded and prefixed with the member's unit or account or parcel as seen in the roster.

Member-specific Documents on the web

Each Member now has a private folder
Documents can be uploaded to the site that are placed in the member-specific area and can only be seen or viewed by Members with an email association with that unit/account or parcel.

These documents can be Alerted - emailed - to the Member or they can be placed in the private area for the Member to view when they choose. This also allows an Alert to be sent to all Members directing them to sign in and view their member-specific attachments rather than emailing the specific attachments themselves. The choice is u to you.

Alerted documents are moved from the "outbox" to to the Member-specific area after they are sent b email.

Clubs need to communicate with Members

Clubs need to support their membership. Maintaining the roster is one piece but how do you use that to support your membership? Fox4site has some solutions.

The Club Edition supports publicly available pages for that content you want to share or to advertise your organization.

The Members-only section allows subscribed and registered club members to access members-only content. This includes web pages, photos, documents and even a members-only version of the roster, if s\you so choose.

The various functions can be administered independently. Multiple administrators can als be established. For example, perhaps one group of members is responsible for the roster, another for text content, yet another group maintains images and still another is empowered to send Announcements or Alerts. And, these groups can overlap if needed or all be one person - just set it up to meet the organization's needs.

The Club Edition also supports Alerts, enabling the site administrators to send emails in a blast to registered members.

At this time, there is no public "subscribe" in the Club Edition.
